Let’s assume a scenario, wherein we don’t have to worry about infrastructure while writing & deploying code. Sounds promising, right? Well this is what we call as Serverless Computing. To put up in Wikipedia’s words, Serverless computing is a cloud computing execution model in which the cloud provider allocates machine resources on demand, taking care of the servers on behalf of their customers. Serverless takes the benefits of modern day cloud computing paradigm thus allowing the developers to focus on writing their business logic rather then worrying about underlying infrastructure. The platform providing the infrastructure takes care of security, scaling…

Object-Oriented Programming is a methodology or paradigm to design a program using classes and objects. One of the core features of object oriented programming is inheritance in which one object acquires all the behaviour and properties of a parent object. It is used to increase reusability of code. The feature is great but there is a drawback that any class can inherit the properties of our base class by extending it. However we can make a class final so that no other class will be able to inherit it, but then it won’t help in creating reusable code.

Let’s say…

Hello World. In this article let’s understand the basics of a new addition to Java family. Quarkus, a Cloud Native, (Linux) container first framework for writing Java applications is grabbing a lot of attention these days. The idea behind building such product is more than interesting for future enterprise Java applications.

Java was introduced to software realm around 25 years ago, and it still remains one of the most preferred programming languages for building enterprise applications. However for many, java is not a suitable fit for building cloud native applications, but with the introduction of Quarkus, that issue is also…

Let’s start this the traditional way, Cambridge dictionary defines Quantum as the smallest amount or unit of something, especially energy. If you look through google, the word quantum, you will find that its use has been increased in the recent years. It has became a buzzword these days. So what does this Quantum Supremacy means in the 21st century?

According to wikipedia, quantum supremacy is the goal of demonstrating that a programmable quantum device can solve a problem that no classical computer can solve in any feasible amount of time. Quantum supremacy was achieved using quantum computers. …

Wikipedia defines dark energy as an unknown form of energy which is hypothesized to permeate all of space, tending to accelerate the expansion of the universe.

In much simpler terms dark energy is a repulsive force that causes universe to expand rather than to come together due to gravitational force of attraction.

Often admired as father of the modern cosmology, Edwin Hubble, in 1929 was studying on exploding stars often called as supernovae and he observed that universe is expanding, which seemed to be contradicting with theories that suggested that expansion of universe is slowing down due to attractive force…

We know that gravity is the force of attraction by which small bodies such as earth revolves around larger bodies such as sun, which means that sun has a gravitational pull due to which earth revolves around it. In the late 1960s, astronomers discovered a star revolving around nothing due to which they were convinced that they had discovered a black hole.

Do we live in a parallel universe? Is it possible that we live in a multiverse?

A parallel universe, also known as an alternate universe or alternate reality, is a hypothetical self-contained reality co-existing with one’s own. A specific group of parallel universes are called a “multiverse”, although this term can also be used to describe the possible parallel universes that constitute reality.(Source: wikipedia)
